Each year, we choose a project to highlight at our auction for a paddle raise. Auction attendees and members of our community have the opportunity to pledge support for a much needed specific project. 

Thanks to generous donations to last year’s Fund-A-Need and a final push on our Capital Campaign, we will complete the roof project this summer. We are also planning to finish the drainage remediation and repave the main entrance driveway to address the potholes that reappear each year.

Faculty members have been working together to reimagine the oval in front of the school. This Fund-A-Need project will increase curb appeal by providing a welcoming beautiful entry to the school property. The native species trees and shrubs in our design will also be used in our curriculum for botanical studies. We will accept any level of donation for this project. For each paddle raise of $500 or more, the donor can select a tree from our list and we will include a commemorative plaque honoring the donor. There are 16 trees or plant groupings planned for the area. Should we raise more than what is needed for the Oval Arboretum, we will start a fund for improvements to other areas of the grounds, such as a sidewalk and handicapped parking.
